Sage Tea with Honey Perfect Tea for Relaxing and Healing

Sage tea with Honey is a relaxing drink from the Mediterranean that can be served when you want to relax your body and mind. I was brewing this because of my dreadful allergies, it really helped to clear my nose and soothed my throat.

One of the best healing plants has always been Sage.

This plant is rich in vitamins A, C, and D, calcium, potassium, iron, and folic acid. Adding honey makes this drink a perfect relaxing product because it increases the antioxidant powers of sage. Although I don’t recommend drinking too much honey every day, it does have some health benefits if taken in small doses, especially at a high quality like manuka.

My brother went to Japan to study abroad and brought back this really cool grater, so I was able to get the spicy healing flavors of the ginger out.

Instructions:

  1. Add the sage to boiling water and let it boil for 10 minutes until all the essential oils are extracted from the herb.
  2. After that remove the tea bag leaving more than half a cup of liquid behind and add the desired amount of honey (about 1 tablespoon).

If you don’t have fresh sage leaves, just use dried ones by boiling for 1-2 minutes and then keeping the tea covered for 15 minutes. Drink this as a relaxing drink before bedtime or during your break to feel relaxed and boosted with energy.

I hope you find some time for yourself to kick back and relax from your stressful day with my Sage Tea with Honey!
