About lost in musing - Ann Lang Mun Co

Hello Friend, my name is Ann, and I am a professional photographer who grew up in Boston, USA.

I loved spending my days creating, playing, and exploring as a child. As a child, I would draw pictures with watercolors and chalk. During my teen years, I discovered digital arts. I immediately fell in love with the ability to create something from nothing, leading her to her passion for photography.

Happy Shooting,

<3 Ann

How I got Started in photography:

I discovered photography during a dark time in my life. I was floating, my feet didn’t touch the ground nor did they soar; in other words, I was lost. On a whim, I bought an entry-level Nikon and drove up to New Hampshire to clear my mind. While there, in the quietness of the forest and mountains, she fell in love with photography.

I love exploring new places and capturing everything I see. I tries to include my family in all my trips, whether by car or plane, because the more, the merrier. When I’m not on an adventure capturing images, I can be found at home creating even more images for Lostinmusings. I travel around the world with my favorite gear and bring home memories immortalized in my portfolio to share with you all. I am also an abstract painter and lover of all types of art. Exploring museums is my favorite pastime, from wandering around the different exhibits to spending a super long time at the museum gift shop.

How I got Started Cooking:

Love for Traveling:

I have been exploring and learning constantly over the last nine years of my career. I learned that knowledge of all types can translate into many fields, and we can all learn from each other. I wanted to translate that into my work by showing the beauty of life in a chaotic world.

I spent some time away from photography due to burnout and injury. During that time, I got bored, and while healing, I decided to learn and train in User Experience. It made me see photography in a different light, not as something that I had to do but something that I wanted to truly do.
