- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until it’s smooth and creamy.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice of toasted bread.

Garnish with Everything Bagel seasoning and serve immediately.
