Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice of toasted bread.
  • Garnish with Everything Bagel seasoning and serve immediately.
