
I love brownies.
I love cake.
So I decided to merge my two favorite desserts into one, a Brownie Cake.
But not just any ordinary brownies, I’m talking about chewy, and indulgent cake made with condensed milk and coconut milk.
I first got intoduced to this from a friend’s potluck party and I was immediately hooked. It was embrassing, but I kept headed back to the table to eating them. I barely ate anything else LOL. There’s something about the rich, sweetness of condensed milk that takes this cake to a whole new level. The texture itself is not as thick, fluffy making it the perfect snack to curb your sugar craving. If you are trying to diet, be careful, maybe cut them into smaller bitesized pieces lol.
So today, I’m going to share with you my recipe for Condensed Coconut Milk Brownie Cake.

To get started here are the list of ingredients you will need:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 can of coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Now that you have gathered all the ingredients, follow these instructions to make the delicious Condensed Milk Brownies:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the condensed milk to the melted butter, coconut milk and stir until well combined.
- Sift the cocoa powder into the condensed milk and butter mixture and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the condensed milk mixture and mix until just combined.
- In a separate small bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract together.
- Pour the beaten eggs and vanilla extract into the brownie batter and mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs or smooth.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
