- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 can of coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the condensed milk to the melted butter, coconut milk and stir until well combined.
- Sift the cocoa powder into the condensed milk and butter mixture and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the condensed milk mixture and mix until just combined.
- In a separate small bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract together.
- Pour the beaten eggs and vanilla extract into the brownie batter and mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs or smooth.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
