Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the grapefruit in half and use a knife to loosen the segments from the pith.
Place the grapefruit halves on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, cut side up.
Drizzle the condensed milk evenly over the top of each grapefruit half.
Bake the grapefruit for 10-12 minutes or until the condensed milk is golden brown and bubbly.
Remove the grapefruit from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
