Ingredients

of oil
vegetable, canola, or peanut work best
1
cup
of ginger
and diced (a food processor can be used)
1
cup
of diced scallions
Salt
Pepper
MSG
for Unami optional (Pinch)
Clean Glass jar
Instructions
Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat until it starts to shimmer.
Place the diced ginger and scallions into a shallow plate or bowl
Put the seasonings on top
Slowly pour the oil over the ginger and scallion mixture.
Stir well and let it cool
Test taste and add more seasonings if necessary.
Serve and enjoy!
Store it in the fridge for up to a week.
