Flavorful Ginger & Scallion Oil Recipe for Poultry and More

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of oil vegetable, canola, or peanut work best
  • 1 cup of ginger and diced (a food processor can be used)
  • 1 cup of diced scallions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • MSG for Unami optional (Pinch)
  • Clean Glass jar

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat until it starts to shimmer.
  • Place the diced ginger and scallions into a shallow plate or bowl
  • Put the seasonings on top
  • Slowly pour the oil over the ginger and scallion mixture.
  • Stir well and let it cool
  • Test taste and add more seasonings if necessary.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Store it in the fridge for up to a week.
