Instructions
In a large pot, bring the chicken bone broth to a boil.
Add the pork rib pieces to the boiling broth and reduce the heat to medium-low.
Let the pork ribs simmer for 1 to 2 hours, and skim the scum as it floats up for a clearer soup. Cook the Pork Ribs until they are tender and falling off the bone.
Add the cubed tofu to the pot and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until heated.
Season the soup with sea salt or kosher salt and white Pepper; add MSG to taste if used.
Serve the soup hot, garnished with chopped scallions on top.
